What we process and why

When you request a comparison we process your name, phone, email, the insurance you want and your form answers, to prepare your comparison, request quotes from insurers on your behalf and contact you.

Legal basis

Your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request, under Andorran Law 29/2021 on personal data protection.

Recipients

Only the insurers we request quotes from and technology providers with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Retention

While we handle your request and, if you buy, for the relationship and legal periods. Otherwise deleted within 24 months at most.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at hola@super-seguros.com. You may complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
